Description:There are several means available to mark the strength of zippers. The basic strength can be shown through the following methods, which are further used to calculate the comprehensive strength of the zipper for different usage.</br> </br> Average strength (2.5cm): in the state of closing, in the orthogonal direction against the teeth, draw the tapes at a certain speed to calculate the resistance for the marking of the average strength of the zipper.</br> </br> Upper ending strength: fixing the lower end, and drawing the puller to the top end, and then keeping on drawing to see the blocking strength of the upper end.</br> </br> Lower ending strength: positioning the puller to the lower end and draw the two tapes in opposite directions to test the blocking strength of the lower end and the resistance of the teeth hidden in the puller.</br> </br> End-opening strength against horizontal drawing: making sure the end of the last tooth is in accordance with the brim of the clipper and then fix it to the testing machine and calculate the strength.</br> </br> Auto-locking strength of the puller: positioning the puller in the middle of the zipper and tear the tapes in the opposite direction to calculate the locking strength and resistance of the teeth hidden in the puller.</br> </br> Uniting strength of the puller: applying force onto the drawing slice and the body of the puller to test the strength of the puller.
